At Explore Halal Food, we provide delivery service across Japan through reliable shipping partners, including Japan Post and Sagawa. Customers can choose their preferred delivery date and available time slot during checkout. Please review the shipping information and regional delivery charges below before placing your order.

Important Shipping Note

Our updated shipping rule allows up to 23kg for dry shipments and 23kg for chilled shipments. Box weight is not included in this limit.

Please note that if your order contains any item that requires refrigeration or chilled handling, the entire shipment will be processed and charged as a chilled package.

Delivery Schedule Information

Same-day delivery is not available.

Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be shipped from our store on the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery dates may change depending on order volume, processing time, product availability, weather conditions, or courier service schedules.

Please note that same-day store shipment means your order will be handed over to the courier on the same day. The actual delivery will be made according to your selected delivery date and courier availability.
